Why Dentistry?
Throughout my life, I have always wanted to give myself opportunities where I can better the lives of people around me. Dentistry is an amazing way to impact the community that I am a part of and make people feel better as well as have a higher quality of life. The different aspects and specializations of dentistry also draw me in. I love that it also will never be a boring day at work!
What are some hobbies of yours?
A few of my hobbies are cooking, working out and hiking!
What made you join Pre-Dental Society?
When I first came to UCSC, I was lost on where to start my pre dental journey. I found pre-dental society when I was reaching out for guidance. I have learned so much valuable information from my fellow pre dents.
Your favorite motto or advice from other Pre-Dents?
Make sure to do some academic planning so that you can have a balance of time for schoolwork and hobbies/social life. Prioritizing and moderation are key!
